SUITE-LEVEL VOYAGING

RockStar Quarters Explained

RockStar Quarters change both the accommodation and the way you move through parts of the voyage. Mega RockStar builds on that with a higher level of included service and amenities.

Standard cabins: the core Virgin experience

Insider, Sea View and Sea Terrace cabins include the core dining, Wi-Fi, essential drinks, group fitness and entertainment experience available to Sailors. Moving from Insider to Sea View or Sea Terrace primarily changes natural light and private outdoor space; it does not create the separate suite-access and service layer found in RockStar categories.

What RockStar Quarters change

RockStar Quarters are Tom Dixon-designed suites with more space and terraces that vary by category. RockStar Sailors receive access to Richard’s Rooftop, a private sundeck, plus a curated in-room bar with the first round included, early booking or priority access for eligible eateries and experiences, and support from the RockStar Agent team. The practical value is a combination of suite space, easier access and assistance—not simply a larger cabin.

What Mega RockStar adds

Mega RockStar Quarters are the largest suite categories and add a more inclusive service level. Current official features include a dedicated Mega RockStar Agent, a daily bar tab, daily Thermal Suite access, a bottomless in-room bar, upgraded Work from Sea Wi-Fi, and a private transfer or complimentary parking where available. These Mega benefits should not be assumed for standard RockStar Quarters.

Who should seriously consider RockStar?

RockStar deserves a serious look for milestone trips, travelers who value suite space, Sailors who place meaningful value on priority access and support, and those who expect to use Richard’s Rooftop or the in-suite bar. Mega RockStar is most compelling when the enhanced service, beverages, spa access, connectivity and transfer or parking benefit align with how you plan to travel.

Who may be better off with a Sea Terrace?

A Sea Terrace may be the better fit when the itinerary, balcony and core Virgin experience are the real priorities. If you would rarely use Richard’s Rooftop, do not need help managing reservations and place limited value on the suite amenities, the upgrade difference may be better directed toward flights, hotels, time ashore or another part of the vacation.

Compare the specific suite, not just the label

RockStar and Mega RockStar include multiple categories with different layouts, sizes, terraces and locations. Benefits can also be subject to availability or location-specific conditions. Compare the exact accommodation and current inclusions shown for your sailing before confirming.
